02 / LEAVE ROOM TO GET IT RIGHT

Build in a little breathing room.

Finished quantityExpected spoilage (%)Extra test blanks

We divide the finished quantity by the expected yield, round up, then add test blanks. Spoilage is an estimate; extra blanks cannot guarantee an exact yield.

03 / MAKE TIME FOR THE DETAILS

Your production rhythm.

Ready to ship / hand off by Work Saturdays and Sundays too

Stages run sequentially in scheduled working hours. Cure/dry wait uses capacity but adds no labor cost. The start date assumes blanks and approved artwork are ready, and you start at the beginning of the day. Holidays, closures and delivery transit are not included.

04 / PROTECT YOUR PROFIT

Blank pricing is illustrative. All purchased blanks—including tests and spoilage allowance—receive the material cost. Crew cost covers hands-on time; include payroll burden and all workers in your combined rate. Shipping and tax are excluded unless entered under other costs.
